The NC Basketball Academy’s post – graduate program is for the student-athlete looking for an extra year to become more mentally, academically, or physically prepared for the next level.

We will operate on a 7.5 -month schedule from September – March 15 in order to prepare young men and women that have graduated from a traditional High School for the strong collegiate schedule.

The program will provide very intense basketball training while improving the college recruitment opportunities. Competition will be against junior college programs and other prep programs around the nation.

Players will be involved daily in conditioning training, skills workouts, and team practices to maximize the players development.

We understand the need to improve academically as well as athletically. And we will evaluate your academic needs.

Program Details

Work with our training staff that has played or taught the game at a high level
Live on campus and walk to workouts / or be a day student
Increase college exposure
Intense training 3 times per day, 5 days per week
Weight and agility training 3 days per week

Application Procedures
NC Basketball Academy will be excepting student athletes who demonstrate the proper attitude towards athletics, academic and personal growth. Below are the steps to help you apply for the 2014 - 2015 school year.

Step #1 - All documents must be completed in English

All documents must be completed in English
Application and Application fee ($100.00 non refundable)
Copy of Birth Certificate or passport
Character Reference
Education form, Transcripts, SAT, ACT documentation Interview and Visit –
Step #2 - Interview and Visit

All applicants must contact the Student center and set up a site visit ( check for workout dates on home page)
All applicants must conduct a 1 hour workout session and meet our staff
All applicants must conduct and academic interview
Step #3 - Application Deadlines

All application materials must be received by deadline date: July 1st, 2014
Step #4 - Tuition Enrollment Agreement - We do not offer financial aid!

Day student - $9,500.00 per year ($5,000.00 non-refundable deposit)
Boarding Student $18,500 per year ($8,000.00 non-refundable deposit)
Payment plans must be signed and notarized in North Carolina
All students must have US health insurance ( includes US Students & European Students)
